Description: It is made of ESD polyester static dissipative fabrics, with a minimum 1% conductive fiber.
It does not come from spray-on application.
Applications: ESD protection in clean rooms, work wear
1) It is designed to shield ESD charges from operators’ clothing from damaging.
2) It is constructed of dissipative material which made from 99% polyester and a minimum of 1% carbon conductive fiber. The carbon suffused nylon creates electro-static dissipation to prevent static electricity.
3) It is normal set with lapel collar, front button closure and two waist pockets
4) There're high quality elastic band on wrist for tight adjustment.
5) There're options for badge holder tab, pen pockets or sleeve ribbons if needed.
6) It offers good resistance to static, dust and chemicals. It is designed for Class 100-1000 cleanrooms and higher.
7) And it is applicable in Semiconductor, Biotech, Pharmaceutical industries and etc.
8) Meets ESD standards, system resistance ranges from 106-109ohms, ESD test report are available if requested.
